1. Agreement to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of any service.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.
